The Holy Spirit led Jesus to a barren place where the devil waited to tempt Him. We should never doubt God‘s leading just because we run into temptation. Though God will never tempt us (James 1:13), He will test our faith to see if we will stay on the course that He has set for us to follow. If you are uncertain and need His assurance, ask Him to confirm His will to you. He will answer whenever you pray and request His guidance.
